J&M Announces Mutual Agreement on Acquisition by Pharma Test Group Essingen, Germany
J&M Analytik AG, a German manufacturer and pioneer of fiber-optic diodearray spectrometer systems for laboratory and process applications, announced today that it has been acquired by Pharma Test Apparatebau AG, a leader in the field of high-quality testing equipment for the pharmaceutical industry in a mutual agreement. J&M will remain as a distinct company and become a member of the Pharma Test Group. |
